Important Notice from ASEAN Secretariat |

Dear Chair, Co-chair and Members of the MDPWG,
The ASEAN Secretariat is honoured to extend our kind invitation to the members of the MDPWG to attend the 11th MDPWG Meeting which will be held from 20-22 April 2010 at the ASEAN Secretariat, Jakarta, Indonesia. To facilitate your attendance, we attach herewith the Letter of Invitation, General Information, Hotel Reservation Form, Meeting Registration Form and Programme of Activities for your onward action.
We would like to further inform you that we will not be collecting meeting registration fees to manage the meeting in accordance with the rules and procedures of the ASEAN meetings and in this regard we would like to urge the Heads of Delegation to ensure that the delegations represent key officer/experts who will be contributing to the discussions of the meeting based on the agenda of the meeting. We will be sending you the Provisional Annotated Agenda shortly.
